"My Wayne Dalton I-Drive garage door opener died. I called for a replacement opener and spring system. After discussing over the phone in the afternoon, by the evening I had a proposal and quote. Sam recommended an opener that I had already researched, and his quote was in the ballpark of what I had expected. I called the next day with the go-ahead, and Sam came out that afternoon to verify the work, take measurements, and schedule the work. Sam arrived the afternoon on the day we had scheduled and performed the take-down of the old system and installed the new hardware. He took the time to go over the new opener and its features, we discussed maintenance that I'll need to do, and now I have a very nice garage door opener that I'm pleased with.

"First my old garage door spring broke. My car was stuck inside the garage because the door was very heavy and was also hung up at the top of the door. Sam, of Valley Garage Doors, made a trip to my home to help me get my car out. At the same time, he looked over the door/spring situation and gave me an estimate for a new spring and an estimate for a new garage door and spring. I chose the later.
Sam sent me, via email, photos annd specifications of the doors he thought were most appropriate. I picked one and sent him back a signed contract. Two weeks later, Same showed up ahead of time, ready to install. It took him about two hours. The door works perfectly, is better insulated, and is extremely good lookinng on the house. I recommend Sam and Valley Garage Door without hesitation!"
