SITE VISIT
We meet with clients to examine the space, take measurements and provide our recommendations based on what you are Looking for. Valley Garage Doors will also review manufacture brochures to ensure that you’ll be thrilled with the final result.

ESTIMATE REVIEW
Valley Garage Doors will send you a detailed proposal covering your entire project. We will make sure all of the specifics are correct and that you will be getting exactly what you want. If everything is correct you will simply approve the estimate. (If you have questions, change your mind about something or want to add a detail, simply let us know and we will make any adjustments needed and send a new estimate.)

DEPOSIT
Once the estimate is approved Valley Garage Doors will send an invoice for a 50% prepayment for you to submit. After Valley Garage Doors receives your deposit, we will order your new doors and place your project on our production schedule.

Your New Door in 5 Easy Steps
SCHEDULING
Turn around times on doors vary depending on manufacturers inventory and the door that you choose, but generally speaking we will have the doors to our warehouse in 2-3 weeks from the time the order is placed. As soon as your new doors arrive in our warehouse we will reach out to you to schedule an installation date.

INSTALLATION
On the scheduled day we will install the doors and complete the project. Upon completion, we will review your new doors and all the operational aspects, so you will know how to use the equipment and be completely comfortable with the products. Upon your final inspection and approval, we will collect the remaining balance due.
